These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pembroke Insurance website (pembrokeinsure.com), our insurance quoting tools, and any communications — including SMS text messages — from Pembroke Insurance ("Pembroke," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our website, submitting a quote request, or providing your phone number to receive SMS communications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Pembroke Insurance is a licensed California insurance broker (CA License #[LICENSE NUMBER]). We provide commercial insurance brokerage services, including:

Pembroke Insurance is a broker, not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies directly. All policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the policy issued by the applicable carrier.
Nothing on this website or in any communication from Pembroke constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of coverage, pricing, or insurability.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Pembroke Insurance — through our website, a quote request form, or any other channel — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Pembroke Insurance.
Purpose: Bond renewal reminders, coverage expiration notices, quote follow-up, and account service messages.
Message frequency: Up to 5 messages per bond renewal cycle. Frequency may vary based on your account activity and coverage renewal schedule.
Message & data rates may apply. Standard carrier SMS and data rates apply to all messages sent and received.
To cancel: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Data sharing: Pembroke Insurance does not share SMS opt-in data or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, network conditions, or device settings.
Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your insurance policy, bond, or any other service agreement with Pembroke. You will still receive service-critical communications by phone or email.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting quote requests or communicating with Pembroke. Providing false or misleading information in connection with an insurance application may result in coverage denial, policy cancellation, or legal consequences under applicable law.
Premium estimates generated by our online tools are informational only and are not binding quotes. Actual premiums are determined by the issuing carrier based on full underwriting review, including claims history, loss runs, credit, and other factors.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, program names (AquaPro, PlumberPro, CareShield, BuildPro, HostGuard, SeniorGuard, PrecisionCare, TechGuard, BizShield), logos, and design — is the property of Pembroke Insurance and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pembroke Insurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of our website, tools, or services, even if Pembroke has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Pembroke's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Pembroke in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is greater.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Pembroke's services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
Pembroke Insurance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email or SMS prior to taking effect.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
